Cinnamon Bun Shakeology


This is one of my go to recipes when I am having Shakeology for breakfast.  It takes 5 minutes to prepare and fills me up until lunch.  I use a Vitamix blender.  I have found that these blenders hands down are the best investment if you are going to be making a lot of shakes and smoothies. 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 of a Graham Cracker
4 Pieces of Ice
1 Packet Vanilla Shakeology

Blend together and enjoy!
